Veterans Crawfurd Porter Tournament

Our Crawfurd Porter Veterans tournament started life 1971 when Adrian Gange, then 1st XI captain started a 1st team competition. Now named after Dr Crawfurd Porter, we will be celebrating our 50th tournament weekend in May 2022.

The Information

Key Dates: 10th, 11th & 12th May 2024
Format: Mens and Ladies Veterans Competition (over 40s)
Hockey: Plenty of competitive festival hockey over 2 days

We will kick off the weekend in style with live music and food served in the Clubhouse, it's a great start to the tournament and a chance to size up the opposition. This year's theme is Club Tropicana and Friday night is fancy dress night.

Saturday is when the hockey starts, and we follow this up with dinner and a disco in the evening. The hockey concludes on Sunday and the tournament closes with presentations and awards.

Food will be available over the weekend at the club, and the bar will be open as usual during the day.
