You can visit our website and browse through our pages without having to disclose any personal information about yourself. In order to contact us we do require you to register personal details about yourself. During the registration process we will ask you for your name and e-mail address. The sort of information collected depends on how you use our services.

Club Members Personal Data

The club holds certain data relating to each member when you take out a club membership. This information includes the member's name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail, along with other details of a purely administrative nature. The data is used solely for the purpose of organising events and contacting club members. This information may be disclosed to officers of the club to facilitate the smooth running of the club. It may also be disclosed to third parties such as the regional and national governing bodies. We also transfer information our service provider (PaySubsOnline), who process it, based on our instructions, and in compliance with this policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
